Unless ND, posted research and Sharp lifted as his own he just isn't very bright - I guess ND didn't post any research about the GRDO filings with the Nevada SOS.

Any problem at the state level is easy to fix - you just file an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation.

The filings are very simple - a Annual report or file to increase the A/S.

So we know that Sharp was lacking in his Due Diligence when he started pumping 3 of Schaefer's shells - GRDO, IBGR and RDGL.

Sharp exposed himself as a dullard that greatly exaggerated his ability to do real DD.
