Thanks all for responses.. I had not considered royalties vs actual sales.

In regards to Canada population.. I guess at 3x US market penetration due to 1. universal access to care and
2. large proportion of population on extremely low deductible ($25 to $50)
per year drug plans.

I might add that some European markets have pharmacare perhaps adding to market penetration.

Clearly many variables in play looking at international sales... this is a great drug and I feel certain well all do well if we hold firm.
