a spike appears imminent

I disagree, based on recent trading I'm pretty sure that a capital raise is imminent. It probably occurs before Santa arrives.

Why you ask?

Anybody following the trading can see that there are unlimited shares available at $.225, ARCA is just sitting on the ask (always the chance ARCA lays off on a Friday afternoon but reappears Monday).

T-Trades over the last 2 or 3 trading sessions tells us there's a patient buyer or seller.

Time will tell we'll know within a few weeks.

But hey the chart looks fantastic, never looked better :)
