They've made it this far.

Needless to say, they (Billy, Mishcon & Bayard) have much more to lose than we do.

Also, it's what Billy decides rolls to UOIP private shareholders.

I just don't understand how some play Monday morning quarterback--"Focused", "Prudence", "Side-Step".

They've been on this case for nearly 5 years.

Lastly, they OBVIOUSLY all know what they're doing.
