I emailed the company and asked them to consider reducing the ratio of the split some to "leave a little more meat on the bone" for the "Longs."
A smaller ratio would still leave them with a tiny OS that wouldn't effect an uplisting and leave plenty of room for future dreaded dilution if necessary.

EXAMPLE: current split ratio 1-2,000= 1.8 million Outstanding Shares.
1-1,000 = 3.6 million OS
1-500 = 7.2 million OS
7.2 million OS is tiny and wouldn't effect uplisting or the big picture for NGEN TECH.It would be huge Christmas ?? for the Longs.It would bring back perspective investors presplit and establish shareholder-investor confidence raising the bid giving the reverse split a better conversion rate. That's what I want from Santa for Christmas this year! Maybe some of you invested here need to email the company and let them know you'd also like a reduced reverse split ratio for Christmas..... There's still time
