the other thing is that there is no dilution going on in ftxp right now at all. they are not issuing new shares. and during this period of negotiating new financing, there is plenty of time for the stock to gain tremendously in price which would increase the conversion prices of any future dilution. sellers are not thinking about what is really going on here. but, the company is probably thinking very strategically about this. the price is going to increase over the next weeks substantially.
