I agree. Insider Buying is NORMALLY a Bullish Sign.

However, when a stock loses 80% of it's value in 8 months and their are multiple Shareholder Lawsuits being filed - there might be alterior motives at play here.

I new a CEO that issued $200 Million in Bonds (the junk type) and he defaulted on the bonds before even making the first interest payment 3 months after issue. The only thing that kept him out of jail was the fact that he lost $20 Million of his own money as well.

So Terry might be buying the stock for other reasons. I say "might" because it is something to consider.
