A bank will want collateral against the loan. Very simple.

Verb does not have enough for anything meaningful. The only possibility would be its AR....but the problem for Verb is that it’s AP is almost double it’s AR.

So that would be a non-starter...or at best will limit the line of credit/loan to a small percentage of the AR with a full security against it.
