Also what benefit would they provide to Saean by buying open market? That wouldn't provide financing to Saean directly. Open market chiefly supports projected company value.These groups dont operate like that. They offer service in exchange for fair compensation. Sometimes that compensation through being issued shares becomes a value asset.
