My guess is a agreement was indeed in place for cash and stock..then couldn't deliver on the cash after they had already moved into the location. Meanwhile says they even forged documents etc so the whole deal was on false ground to start. So then the scuffle began from there imo...as dude realized wasn't gettin his dirty$ anytime soon. Then dude started realizing this wasn't the right move after all with them. I actually don't think they were trying to straight up steal the bakery/location/assets but being a buncha sheisty scammas they are they definitely tried big doggin what they actually had to offer. And the whole deal whas a sham to begin with considering this companies history of bs so then the rooster came home to roost pretty quick when started unraveling. Just like the dozens upon dozens of other deals that did here too over the years.
