North - Hmm, so this generic patent irritation can go on for as long as there is exclusivity? Hmm. That makes sense. I'm assuming though as time goes by, suing becomes less and less attractive due to time constraints and the first mover rights of prior filers. So I'm assuming the fact it can happen again regardless wouldn't impact any decisions on how to handle the current suit, or no?
