kiwi, I get your point on what generics are attempting. The reality is in the unlikely event of a loss at trial, AMRN would have plenty of time to get a reversal on appeal. Of course the stock would take a hit. The reality is there in all likelihood will be a settlement as I have opined before. Believe me, the judge will push the parties together to get one done. I don't want to use the word threat, but she will point out why each should settle and pressure on one or both parties from her can be expected.
