T0 Biobillionair and others re sales estimates.
Respectfully I believe you are underestimating sales in EU and Canada.

1. Canada has universal healthcare (not pharmacare though). So almost everyone who ought to see a cardiologist or other specialist is does so.

2. most Canadians have a supplementary health insurance plan through work
and ANNUAL deductibles for drugs are $25 to $50. I would note that the present minority gov't plus the NDP are actively considering universal pharmacare.

3. Due to all the above I anticipate that the Canadian market will be about 30%
of USA not proportional to the 35 million population vs USA over 350 million.

4.All countries in western Europe (ca. 350 million) have similar schemes to Canada except that e few already have universal drug coverage. I anticipate
Europe will generate perhaps twice the prescription volume as domestic in USA.

5. Finally, due to all of the above, prescriptions per sales call will be significantly higher and there sales costs lower than USA.
