That link is behind a paywall... and thus anyone actually checking the link cannot learn that...IB DID NOT NAKED SHORTED A SINGLE SHARE as claimed!

The SEC slap on the wrist was for Regulation SHO Violations and Supervisory Failures... NOT for naked shorting!

Sadly, the "evidence" offered that naked shorting exists in DBMM... isn't evidence at all!

There are no shorts here... naked or otherwise.

Trading on this false belief will lead to disaster...
