Over the last 3 months approximately 1.2million shares of VTSI have traded. That is about 16% of the total outstanding but maybe as much as 30 or 40% of the real float. By real I mean shares not held by Ferris-n-family and other long term holders like me. Not a clue where I'm going with these thoughts....but I like pondering this sort of stuff.

Also, pressure and reason need to be applied to Ferris and Liolios to provide an early January business update that includes preliminary Q4 numbers and an outlook for 2020. I would and will argue that this update is absolutely mandatory in light of the very very specific guidance Ferris gave for Q4 in the mid-Nov conf call. The Q4 numbers will be meaningful and appreciated by shareholders and potential shareholders and will help Ferris' credibility in the institutional arena. If they wait until late March to shed any light on Q4 numbers they are no longer meaningful at that point and it would be yet another kick in the teeth to investors.
