The YIELD sign won't come down this week, next week, or by New Years Day.

OTCM is very clear on this:

The 2019 annual report deadline (120 days) was 28 October 2019.

The quarterly report for 1Q2020 deadline (90 days) was 14 November 2019.

The earliest AMFE/FUNN submitted the first set of annual reports and the 1Q2020 quarterly was 17 November 2019, which is AFTER the 28 October 2019 deadline for the 2019 annual report and AFTER the 14 November 2019 deadline for submitting the most recent Q report.

The soonest that AMFE/FUNN can be eligible for removal of the yield sign is when (and if) they file the 2Q2020 quarterly financials timely. And that cannot be until AFTER the second quarter ends on 31 December 2019. They have already BLOWN the deadline for the 1Q2019 quarter report. That can't be fixed, no matter how many times they refile it. Unless one has a time machine, the 1Q2019 financials will always be AFTER the deadline of 45 days post quarter end that was 14 November 2019.

Typically, the 2Q financial is submitted by or a bit before its deadline of 14 February 2020. So that is the earliest realistic date that the YIELD sign can be removed.

Because AMFE/FUNN missed the submission deadlines, OTCM considers them a late filer and AMFE/FUNN can do nothing to change that except to file the current quarter (2Q2020) on or before 14 February 2020.
