Yes sir, all quite valid points for your average OTC ticker. What if this is the one exception? I know looks almost impossible. These are rather huge order claims to reconcile for a typical OTC player.yes? I was thinking maybe they needed to do this reverse merger move for expediency purposes to sync with the rollout and distribution of the Manufacturer. There is definitely a puzzle here. From what I can see this whole thing remains dark until launched, nothing but market studies out there... Lots of them. And what CEO and his stable of talented engineers would NOT want their company becoming a publicly valued entity? Riding the coattails of a multinational giant? And first to market to boot! I can't answer why they have not gobbled up already, maybe the muffler side of the biz is potentially huge as well, and complicates interests. I guess we shall see shortly!
