The results of operations of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 are expected to include the operating results of Vietnam-based Vinafilms Joint Stock Company, a reasonable estimate of which cannot be made until after a GAAP audit of Vinafilms’ financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019 is completed by a PCAOB-registered accounting firm.
