Xu has nothing to do with anything about this other ticker, he wasnt mentioned in the SEC 8-k, on linkedin both him and DAvid are still showing they are in SBES. Everything is still the same as it has been.

The only thing going for the other is they have an 8-k sec filing purchase by by min-mar in jan 2019, 3 months later a purchase by min-mar on sbes but also Xu involved and taking control.

IMO the other is a scam to try and make some quick cash, i dont expect it will last long, and honestly i dont care. I beleive in what i have and i will just keep loading the lower it goes, gives me a great chance to get more shares.
