The first defendant was only the CEO.

The second defendant was just the company's owner of record.

Thank goodness both of those positions are so far removed from important or official capacities!


It's easy to see why one might erroneously believe those cases have nothing to do with EEGI when they only involve people in the the lowly positions of owner and CEO. lol

Any updates on these court cases that have nothing to do with EEGI itself?
