I wonder if the FDA would get sued by big pharma if it did not quell the CBD exuberance. They are under contract with all approved drug makers that says that if you can pass our red tape, you are guaranteed to be fairly compensated. Fair compensation?
They had to stop CBD because here in America are the smartest consumers in the world. The FDA owns this. Problem they have is the market was growing faster than a crop of weeds.
I do not want to get rid of the FDA, just get rid of the people that are there now doing this to us.
