Would the settlement be based on these figures?

Also, these #'s** were used as a rough estimate. I used "Gross" but not so sure now.

It appears Altice has ("Found"?) $40B in additional revenue in your link.

Altice USA Revenue = $9,566,608 (in thousands so $9.56B) in 2018 (as opposed to $49.5B listed).

Also, it's just a rough estimate to show the huge dollar range, presented in both units (modems) and revenues.

As you know, it's not an exact science b/c we do not know what Billy will settle for or last minute offer before jury returns.

What are the patents worth? x pennies a day per cable modem or y percentage of total revenue or an average of both?

And for how many years? That's the billion dollar question.

And on your "Access" numbers, does that include ALL broadband or just cable providers? It wasn't clear.
