The company “assures” they have enough cash on hand to satisfy short term obligations..... that’s good. They have issued millions of warrants options shares in the recent months. I’d say the dumping is from some of those but I don’t know. So you don’t have cash to pay for things so you issue shares that you know will get dumped into the market soon. They just have no other options or they are extremely confident about the future of the company and the future stock price because they have millions of shares that are getting hammered too. I guess the dilution will dry up eventually but they need to come up with a better plan or start making more money. Can’t beat dilution even with good news
