Obviously haven't been to one? Seems as though opinions have been stated without actual knowledge of said subject. But we are all very used to these arguments by now. Snakes menu was big enough to give me a big enough selection, yet small enough Snakes does need to over burden a kitchen with over stock for menu items rarely sold. A restaurant that serves one very good item will make more then a restaurant that serves 100 different mediocre items. Hence the food truck craze. It makes supply easier, host and cook training easier, and franchise continuity easier. No matter what Snakes is attended, the food, service and experience should be fairly uniform. Small but quality menus helps this.
