I tend to agree, and also think GIA leaves the company open to other nefarious forces that wouldn't screw with BP. BS legal action, negative press, false reviews, IP theft, plus whatever else they can do to crush a small independent with a blockbuster drug.

Perhaps I'm just unrealistic or short-sighted, but I would be very happy if the company was sold for $40+ a share.
