Before the Stock was Revoked from trading on OTC the stock was trading in the Trips. Since that time the Company’s Financials are in worst shape dropping 25 Percent in Revenues and a Huge Loss for 2019. The Convertible Debt is still alive and well it was Due Feb 2017. So it begs to question what justifies even Friday’s closing SP of .0070? Nothing has changed accept OIP Dismissal. What change in the Company’s Finances and Overall Business Model justifies $1 Per Share? If anything the Company on Paper per the 10K is in a lot worse shape Financially they are in serious Financial Trouble and struggle to pay the bills. Someone enlighten me and give me that Huge verifiable Catalyst that will shoot this to the Moon.
