I'm with you. We came into something special here that we may never have an opportunity for again in our lives. To quickly sell is kind of like putting a cake in the over and deciding to crank up the temperature to 500 because your dinner guests arrived early. You lose out in the end. I'd rather have $100 in 2 or 3 than $50 today. Been here 7 years already - I can wait for a few more years to get that beach house vs. not getting it at all.
