And some of them pay very good divies - mostly monthly. As long as you keep an eye on them, you can be nimble enough to get out of the way of any oncoming train.

I assume you have no AGNC and wouldn't take it if someone offered it to you on a silver platter.

I do own it so I likely have a different take. Even with the divi drop from .18 to .16 it would still pay the mortgage every month if I needed it to.
