I agree CP responses likely come out at the same time as the sNDA decision - they almost have to - they were filed in July and FDA has 180 days to respond. Per FDA waiting until the 27th or 28th, LB works for the feds and I used to - nobody will be in the office between Xmas and New Year's, they either announce early or late - I say early, as in by the 20th, because that's when the temp fed funding bill expires - the entire government may shut down again. The military is a big holdup to getting all the spending bills passed in time, they're (rightly) PO'd about the prez planning to raid their training and maintenance budget to build his stupid wall if Congress won't give it to him outright, and IMO they won't - McConnell is against it, and he's the 2nd most powerful person in DC.
