My main point take: judge denied their argument cuz it was same argument already settled years back, low ball settlement offer rejected and for that to be in consideration as well as future royalties for a dramatic increase in the amount it sends up being. Fack that zero Grant's went in favor of the cable companies. Judge ruled in favor of trial.
