But I have to stand by and watch shorts and flippers keep this stock down for some reason.

It certainly isn't shorts - nobody is shorting a stock trading around 3 cents.

I don't think it's flippers either. I suspect that it is someone(s) with substantial blocks of shares dumping into the hype.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
