I see a tiny biotech company dependent on a vulture investor for expensive capital. I see a management team delivering years of delays and excuses and a no-name board that embarked on the wrong business strategy. I see a company that is spread too thin. I see questionable data from small trials that prove nothing. Despite years of talk about business development, I see no big pharma collaborations to provide some validation (or cash or expertise). I see little institutional interest from bellwether biotech institutional investors(just tracking funds). I see constant dilution with a lot more to come. I think provisional approval in Australia is a pipe dream. I see a a $2 stock price and a market cap barely north of $100 million. I don't believe investors or regulators are somehow against Anavex, or that Anavex is not known among serious biotech investors.
