SS, let's go over what needs to happen so that we are not getting ahead of ourselves here:

• The company's status needs to be "current" in the OTC (expected by next week).
  
  
• 2019 audit filing needs to happen. IMO, early January if everything goes well and RBSM is not the auditor, but I don't have a crystal ball. One thing I don't expect is for it to take another year like the 2018 audit.

Only then can they request for the uplist to the QB to be made, although I must admit that Roger jumped the gun last year when he filed for the uplist before even having 2019 audit ready, but whatever, nitpicking will continue regardless...

The good thing is that we are about to get news and games to retailers, so the QB entry is only a matter of time, which should help in the transparency department and also subdue the Pink tier shenanigans.
