I cant pm you but the short answer is we regularly do not have enough $ to pay every monthly bill. The overdraft protection pays bills when the account is zero. Its linked to a CC cash advance. Not so much the fees, more so the cc advances. I shouldn't be broadcasting this...even anonymously.
