FDA has started final action on the R-I application, this is evidence by the MRC citizen Petition denial #1 yesterday. Typically the Agency doesn’t spread out final decisions when made; yes they may take 3000 years to make a decision, but they’ll deliver this decision in one day.

News at the end of today is very possible, and this is based on FDA denial of MRC CP.

The trading on 1/2 day Black Friday would devastate shorts, market is closed all day tomorrow.
