we know you make a killing selling lot of covered calls. You were mad when the pps went $25+ recently but when i came down you are so happy. Now back to selling covered calls. Your Dec covered calls will survive for the buyer I bet and you will lose your shares this time. Watch my words. The other two petitions that were technical will be denied by default on the sNDA approval as the justification. For example one of those other two petitions was about MO I guess. FDA said at the Adcom they were inconclusive about MO. Basically every CP doesn't have to be individually responded. They can be lumped into one response or moved into the Addressing of the comments submitted. Sometimes addressing the comments will come out as an appendix along or after the sNDA approval. Looks to me sNDA approval with the widest label can come before Dec 20th and your shares used in the covered calls will be exercised out, imo. Best wishes!
