In other words, if Anavex can't succeed in developing and getting a drug approved in the current process like every other company, let's first discredit the current process and then make up a new one where Anavex maybe can win.

First of all it was the FDA that came up with an open label adaptive design every has complained about for the last 5 years! Second the biomarkers that were generated from that trial + the extensions are unprecedented and third if in fact we still have 21+ left in the trial including 6-7 super responders which all are still alive after 5 years is very positive too! 5 years is the average before the pine box. Agitation, bad language,withdrawls, memory loss......I think some people here have forgotten the evil destruction Alzheimer’s does to patients.

As for Rett Syndrome, ANY symptomatic relief after safety is established is a miracle from God. Also looks like our biomarkers will carry over to this disease as well as Parkinsons.

One needs to see the forest, not just get caught up in the trees.
