Interesting Volume in VAPE Recently
Hard to make sense of it all. Is it market makers clearing shares? Are company insiders planning to finally take some action with The company? Or is it just a churn and burn by small time traders?

The dollar amounts traded are small so it isn’t anything to get excited about or to expect a sustainable gain without more info. I do find it odd that the company simultaneously announces the increase in available share at the same time they announce the approval to reverse split if they so choose. Why increase the share count only to then revenues split?
