Hey Guys and Gals, might be a dumb question but im sure youre all used to it by now haha So the ticker in question is ONTX the total shares traded today is 33mill yet the OS is supposedly 8mill
There is a form 13G as well as an offering that was said to be closed yeserday.
Can anyone give me a little insight to it?
I think the 13g is stating that this is more than 5% sale or is this someone else purchasing?
