this is just my opinion but the new entity will very much help us long time holders get our money back. Think about it for every 40 shares you have in here you will get 1 over there and it won't cost us a penny to get into it. It will have a tiny float/ o/s.. the new one is for the lawsuits and collections etc. You know they are going to pump it hard when it first gets going and it should run with ease. We can be making money in that one while we are waiting in here to get contracts finalized and patents filed etc.
