If it ain't on FINRA, then it's bullshit. Simple as that. ALL stock halts of any kind appear on the FINRA DAILY LIST. Period !

Where is it on the FINRA DAILY LIST, where ALL "halts" are listed?

Why would the LEVEL II be updating in real time if some myth of "halted" were even remotely true? NO market maker ever, ever quotes or Bids/Asks on a "halted" stock ??????

The bullshit is getting older by the day and more grossly in error.
