MRC's lawyers surely knew the procedure--possibly knew they had no chance to invalidate the patent so tried a desperate plea to the FDA. Bottom line , another road block to approval is removed. Good news!



Just to be clear, you think lawyers, who are supposed to be experts on laws and regulations, knew their argument had no standing and so they decided to crumple it in a ball and fling it at the FDA in the hopes that it would make it more persuasive?
