Thank you Tasty and KCSVEN for your very helpful replies! If I understand correctly, after the deal closes, I get some sort of a certificate that I hold onto until a particular CVR is achieved. At that point and I would receive cash or shares of a stock whether or not I continued to hold the shares from the stock swap.
Tasty: while I got you on the line, can I give you my Christmas wish list or do I have to give it directly to Santa?
