Also when the Dewald/Sanzeri lawsuit was said to be dismissed, court website and MYDX financials prove it.

The pen? How many times has it been said there is no pen? Nothing on the MYDX financials saying the pen is coming out.

OrganaDX, "coming soon" since 2015....still no release date.

Canadian Medical Application? Nothing ever said on the financials that one was actually submitted to Health Canada.

Israeli clinical trials? Nothing from the company about them.
