Within all this speculation of a buyout the current thought here is that a deal or offer can’t be made until the FDA elucidates the label and the patent challenges are done away with. Sort of makes sense to me. But then we see this NVS purchase of MDCO and they have not yet received approval from FDA nor have they completed their outcome study. So if we are really going to be bought out, could we be in for a surprise as to timing? Or is the NVS purchase because they already have a good idea as to future sales of inclirisan (so) ?
