HOW DO YOU THINK COMPANIES GROW?? It's not rocket science to know companies will dilute stock as they grow.

OUR O/S is 24 million shares. That's peanuts as we grow and revenues start to come to fruition.

Of those 24 million shares, I estimate about 25% of that is actually available to trade in the float.
