Evaluate,

If the RAs have no feedback/comments, would that draft SAP already submitted automatically become the Final SAP?

* They got the Draft SAP completed (at some point during Q3, or by the time the 10Q came out).
* We do not know if/when they submitted the Draft SAP to the 4 RA's (but many, including myself, assume that this Draft has been submitted for their feedback/comments).
* If the RAs have feedback/comments, then NWBO will need to decide how they might want to revise the Draft SAP, and create a Final SAP.
* Once they have a Final SAP, then it sounds like they will be ready to do a DataLock & Unblinding.
* Provided that the remaining queries have been resolved (many months ago they still had a few hundred queries yet to resolve. They did make it sound like the resolving of the queries was not expected to create a delay in the process to unblinding).
