I have wondered at times many times at that, how much leveraged influence Lopehandia had in having Johnson put out the many negligent press releases.

Negligent!!!! hellsbells they were out and out fabrications meant to provoke Barrick .......Period.

To this date JL has not been in position to prove his rights to the courts in Chile and Torres has gone missing?????

I would be a believer that they were mostly ordained by JL with MSX having little choice but to play the scapegoat.
