Ha! Might be years before completed. Charles Schwab to buy TD Ameritrade in a $26 billion all-stock deal

"Blah, blah, blah...The integration of the two firms is expected to take 18 to 36 months after the deal is closed. The combined company’s headquarters will relocate to Schwab’s new campus in Westlake, Texas.
