Just realized that many of you amarin experts don’t understand what secondary prevention is.
So you are touting wrong information based on your misguided knowledge.

Secondary prevention does not mean that you need to have heart attack or stroke first. I have seen so many points with this misguided opinion.

At least 70 percent of my CABG (bypass) patients never had a single heart attack. They are not primary prevention. Even 20 percent stenosis in a patient means that patient has established arterosclerosis or CAD. They are secondary prevention. My mom has 80 percent carotid stenosis. She is secondary prevention not primary.
